College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship and a professional house painting company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At College Works Painting we are dedicated to providing a world-class leadership experience to our college interns and to providing homeowners with top quality house painting services in Colorado Springs. We achieve these goals by investing so much time in properly training our college interns. To ensure homeowners receive a top notch paint job all interns undergo an extensive training program. By the time a College Works Painting intern knocks on a homeowners door the intern is fully vetted and capable of offering the most up-to-date painting advice and services around. The training programs cover business approaches, painting techniques, safety, estimates, and much more. We take our trainings very seriously as they truly set the foundation for intern success. Naturally, then, we expect our interns to do the same. Interns are expected to arrive to trainings prepared to learn. We expect curious minds, note takers, question askers, and active listeners to arrive to trainings on time and dressed appropriately in business attire. While the trainings are professional and taken quite seriously, the atmosphere is relaxed and participation (asking questions, partaking in group exercises) is encouraged. This is how we run our trainings and our company.

We put a great deal of emphasis on company culture here at College Works Painting. We want our leadership team, our interns, and our house painters in Colorado Springs to work hard and enjoy what they do at the same time. For this reason, our company motto is work hard, play hard. In order to end the work-week on a good note and to start the upcoming week refreshed we take our interns on a team building type event throughout the summer and even during winter trainings. We believe that balance, in addition to the support of your team, leads to success in business.
