College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship in Costa Mesa that teaches local college students, typically from California State University, Long Beach, University of California, Irvine, and even Orange County residents who attend the University of California, Santa Barbara, how to run a house painting company. College Works Painting has been house painting in Costa Mesa since 1993. We have the experience and expertise to provide top quality house painting services at a fair price. We take the responsibility of teaching our college interns how to run a business properly very seriously. Only a properly ran business can provide an exceptional paint job. To ensure this happens our interns undergo an extensive training process well before painting actually begins. While we want the interns to enjoy the trainings in a relaxed and open atmosphere, we take the training programs very seriously and expect the students to as well. The College Works Painting interns are expected to come prepared and ready to learn at each training session and they’re expected to dress accordingly, in business attire. We even continue our trainings throughout the summer to ensure continued progress and success.

Company culture is very important to us at College Works Painting. We create an open, team oriented work environment. At College Works Painting we believe that success is best achieved with the support of others. At trainings and company events we encourage team work and support. Successful interns share best practices, strategies that have worked for them during the internship, with the group in an attempt to help the others learn and gain knowledge from their experiences. In this way the team creates a life-long unbreakable bond with each other. Yes, it’s a competitive atmosphere but one where the interns want their peers to be successful as well.
