College Works Painting is a college internship that teaches local college students (be it from the University of San Francisco, San Francisco State University, or otherwise) to run their own house painting company in Cupertino over the summer. With College Works Painting homeowners can expect an exceptional paint job and a one-of-a-kind experience working with exceptional and ambitious college students. Likewise, college students gain the knowledge to run their own business and get a unique experience building unforgettable relationships with the homeowners they’re servicing. Our clients get to support their local community, build an incredible relationship with a driven and remarkable young college student, and receive a great paint job from our house painters in Cupertino. Because College Works Painting is dedicated to teaching college students how to run a business properly, homeowners can rest assured that the College Works Painting crew does things correctly, following all EPA and OSHA regulations.

At College Works Painting we believe in the importance of company culture. We work hard, enjoy what we do, and who we do it with. The College Works Painting internship is very much a team-collaboration. No intern does anything alone the first few times because success is best achieved with the support of a team. Team work is promoted throughout the entire program via conference calls, training sessions, and team building events throughout the summer, all of which promote intern involvement and participation. At College Works Painting it’s a balance of working hard and playing hard. We reward hard work and encourage relationship building, which is the first step to proper networking techniques (an essential role when job seeking after college). There are so many aspects to running a business – culture, networking, hard work, integrity – and College Works Painting teaches Cupertino’s college students each aspect firsthand.
