College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship in Denver, Colorado. We have been teaching qualified college students how to run their own house painting company in Denver since 1997. With our years of experience and expertise we know how to deliver a top quality paint job to homeowners and to teach college students how to run a successful business. College Works Painting has been nominated and has won multiple business awards because we take the time to really invest in our student interns. After completing the College Works Painting internship college students know all the fundamentals of running their own business. Many of our alumni do become entrepreneurs. Just read the success stories from College Works Painting alumni. A main reason College Works Painting is so successful at producing talented business people is because our internship is hands-on. In order to allow our interns to run their business on their own – firsthand – and to ensure our clients receive the best paint job around, College Works Painting conducts extensive trainings. The initial trainings begin in a classroom type setting. From there, the trainings continue in the field. With the leadership team all interns will learn how to properly estimate a home for house painting, will learn proper painting techniques, and of course will be thoroughly trained in OSHA regulated safety practices. By the time the interns interact with homeowners, they are fully trained and capable of proving top notch painting services.

Undeniably, running a successful business is incredibly difficult. At College Works Painting we believe success is best achieved with the support of others. For this reason we have created a team oriented culture at College Works Painting. Our goal is for the College Works Painting team to love where they work. Over the many years we’ve been in business we’ve realized that in order to achieve this goal there must be a balance between hard work and having fun. After trainings, be it first time intern training or advanced training for our leadership team, we enjoy getting together for a team building type event – skiing, bowling, you name it. It’s the balance of work and play that creates the strong team culture we have here at College Works Painting.
