College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship in Fullerton. We teach local college students (from California State University, Long Beach, University of California, Irvine, and/or California State University, Fullerton) how to run a house painting company. As a fully licensed and insured painting company, College Works Painting has been providing house painting services in Fullerton since 1993. With our level of experience and expertise, along with our dedication to providing top quality painting services to our clients, homeowners can expect an exceptional paint job at a fair price by our fully vetted house painters. Similarly, via the College Works Painting internship local college students can expect to gain various transferable skills to advance their careers after college. Landing the right internship while in college is extremely important. An internship that does not give college students hands-on experience learning practical skills will not help the student become competitive in the job market after graduation (check out these steps to landing an internship). In addition, a painting company that does not provide top quality house painting services to homeowners does little to protect the homeowners investment. College Works Painting offers a unique solution to homeowners and college students alike.

To ensure our interns learn every aspect of running a business correctly and to ensure our clients receive a top notch paint job, we see to it that all interns are thoroughly trained and vetted well before painting begins. After the initial – and intensive – training program has been completed by the interns, they begin to run their business firsthand. However, no intern will do anything alone the first few times because success is best achieved with guidance and teamwork. In addition, regular training sessions are held throughout the entirety of the program. The trainings are designed to achieve continued growth and knowledge throughout the internship. With College Works Painting, everybody wins.
