To ensure we provide our interns with a world-class leadership experience and to ensure each homeowner we service receives a top-notch paint job, we invest a substantial amount of time and resources properly training our interns. The trainings begin almost immediately upon hire in the winter months and continue throughout the spring and summer. The continued trainings ensure continued growth and success. The trainings cover all aspects of running a painting company. Guest speakers from around the nation are invited to our trainings to further develop our interns. Guest speakers include paint representatives from some of the top painting manufactures such as Sherwin Williams as well as proven entrepreneurs within the company and outside of it. Training topics include paint training, business techniques, OSHA regulated safety regulations, and much more. Team work and active participation is expected at the trainings to ensure the greatest amount of success possible is achieved. Once the formal trainings have been completed, each intern will begin running their business out in the real world. Of course, not without the help and support of the leadership team at College Works Painting.
