College Works Painting

College Works Painting has two sets of clients – driven college students and homeowners in need of painting. College Works Painting interns are taught firsthand by seasoned entrepreneurs how to run and manage their own house painting business in Los Angeles. Homeowners, on the other hand, get a top quality paint job from our house painters in Los Angeles and a unique experience working with an exceptional college student local to their community, be it from the University of California, Los Angeles or other local schools. What makes College Works Painting one of the best internships to participate in? The College Works Painting internship is hands-on. College Works Painting interns will learn every aspect of running a business firsthand (after undergoing thorough training sessions and with the support and guidance of our leadership team, of course). Because we are a college internship teaching college students how to run a proper business, homeowners can expect exceptional service. We take the responsibility of teaching our interns how to run a business with integrity very seriously. This includes going above and beyond the standard home improvement service. The College Works Painting interns do daily walk-throughs while the project is in progress, we maintain a clean jobsite, and we do what we say we are going to do.

College Works Painting is an intensive internship. Our interns undergo a rigorous training program before summer begins to ensure homeowners receive the best painting services around. In addition, trainings continue throughout the summer on a bi-weekly basis to ensure continued growth and success. All trainings cover serious topics such as business strategies and painting techniques including safety. However, while running a business is a completely serious task, our culture at College Works Painting is work hard, play hard. For this reason we take our interns out on team building oriented events throughout the summer. At College Works Painting we want you to work hard and enjoy what you do.
