College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship that teaches college students how to run their own house painting company. Since our inception in 1993 College Works Painting has been providing top quality services house painting in Riverside while giving ambitious college students the opportunity to build their resume and compete in the job market after college. We are extremely proud of the services we provide to homeowners and students alike. With College Works Painting homeowners not only receive a fantastic paint job but they also receive a unique and rewarding experience working with an exceptional college student in their community. Likewise, college students receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to run their own business while in college and to gain knowledge passed down to them from successful entrepreneurs. The knowledge gained begins almost immediately after the college student passes our intensive interview process and is hired on as an intern. When hired, training begins. We take our training sessions very seriously and we expect our interns to as well. All interns are expected to arrive prepared to learn, wearing business attire and taking notes. When training is complete the hands-on experience begins. At this time students and homeowners interact. Homeowners are amazed by the knowledge and guidance the College Works Painting interns provide.

Training is so important to us that we thoroughly train our house painters in Riverside as well, despite their level of experience, and we continue intern training throughout the summer. However, we follow our summer intern training sessions with a team building event to make the atmosphere more relaxed and to reward the interns for all of their hard work. At College Works Painting we create a culture that promotes working hard and playing hard. All summer events promote team building and bonding. Success is best achieved with the support of others.
