College Works Painting

College Works Painting is a college internship in San Marcos. Via the College Works Painting internship college students get a unique opportunity to run their own business while in college. Our internship is a hands-on leadership experience for college students to gain valuable business experience running a painting company over the summer. In addition to being entrepreneurs with proven expertise in training business professionals in the making, we are also paint experts. Painting homes in California since 1993 and working very closely with top painting manufactures such as Sherwin Williams and Glidden Professional, College Works Painting delivers top quality paint jobs at a reasonable price. A secret weapon of ours is our training sessions. We take our training programs very seriously and expect our interns to do the same. College Works Painting interns are expected to arrive to trainings on-time and prepared to learn, wearing business attire and taking notes throughout the session. The College Works Painting training sessions benefit the interns and homeowners alike. The training sessions enable the college students to become their most success and they ensure our clients receive top notch house painting in San Marcos.

Our training sessions continue throughout the program, which is to say we have trainings during the summer months as well. Our summer trainings are a bit more relaxed in terms of atmosphere, although valuable information is provided and full participation is expected. Our summer trainings are followed by a team building event. At College Works Painting we build a team oriented culture. We work hard and we play hard. The after training events, which we refer to as Payroll Friday events, are a time for the interns to unwind and talk amongst themselves freely either sharing best business practices or discussing their upcoming school schedule. Group activities are held and the interns, along with their leadership team, just generally enjoy each other’s company. These events strengthen bonds and help the interns continue the work week refreshed and recharged.
