The College Works Painting internship is hands-on. This means that the College Works Painting interns run their own business firsthand. Upon hire, after our intensive interview process, training begins. Our trainings begin in a classroom type setting and cover all aspects of business and painting techniques. After winter and spring training sessions have been successfully completed by the interns, they begin running their business out in the real world. However, although the internship is hands-on and the interns run their business firsthand, they receive full support and guidance from their District Manager and from the leadership team at College Works Painting. Interns interact with their District Manager weekly, if not daily. Because the District Managers at College Works Painting play such a vital role in the intern’s success, we continually train our District Managers to ensure continued growth amongst the team.
