Just check out our success stories from College Works Painting alumni. College Works Painting is dedicated to teaching our future leaders how to run a business properly. Included in this mission is to provide homeowners with exceptional house painting services in Storrs. We conduct a thorough and extensive training program for our interns to ensure each homeowner receives a top quality paint job. We take our training sessions very seriously and expect the interns to do the same. In addition to arriving to training prepared to learn, dressed appropriately in business attire and accompanied with a pen, paper, and eager mind, we encourage active participation at our trainings. Group exercises and various training activities are held to promote team work and active learning.

We continue to promote team work throughout the entirety of the program. At College Works Painting we believe that success is best achieved through the support of others. We work closely with our external team such as painting manufacturers like Sherwin Williams and we work closely with our internal team, working with each other to achieve optimal success and customer satisfaction. We teach our interns the importance of team work within a business firsthand in various ways. For instance, throughout the summer we take our interns on team building oriented events such as rock climbing or obstacle courses. The purpose of these events is to promote team work and team bonding and also to teach our interns that balance is important. Love what you do and who you do it with- work hard, have fun.
